The Challenge
Femme Incroyable had built something real: a registered non-profit with a growing community across Belgium and Lusophone Africa. But every technology decision was made without a clear framework, creating real risk as the organisation grew.
How I Helped
- Serve as the organisation's ongoing technical advisor across all digital decisions
- Reviewed and guided platform selection, tooling choices, and infrastructure setup
- Advised on the technical setup of the Belgian platform and its Angolan counterpart, Incrível Mulher
- Available as a trusted point of contact whenever a technical decision needs to be made
The Outcome
Femme Incroyable now has a clear technical point of view in their corner. The organisation runs two programmes, one in Belgium and one in Angola, built on the same technical foundation.
