The Challenge
The NudgeBuy founders came with a strong product idea and the domain expertise to back it, but needed a technical partner who could translate their vision into a real, buildable product. They were not looking for an agency. They needed someone to think alongside them, from requirements through to MVP.
How I Helped
- Led the full requirements gathering and product scoping process
- Defined the technical architecture and system design
- Managing end-to-end development toward MVP
- Steering technical decisions with the founding team throughout weekly product reviews
